LCL Rules

A. Roster
1. The Draft will consist of 18 rounds
2.Each owner will draft a team consisting of the following:
3 QB's, 4 RB's, 4 WR's, 2 TE's, 2 Kickers and 2 Defenses, and 1 extra player at any position

B. Free Agents
1. An owner may pick up a free agent player in the event of an injury. The injured player
must be listed as "out" in the official NFL injury report, usually released on Thursday
2.Each owner may acquire 3 non injury free agents for a fee of $5 each
    a. unused free agent pickups may not be traded
3.In the event that 2 or more owners claim the same free agent on the same day, the following
tiebreakers will be used: 1. Overall record 2. Overall points 3. Head to Head record
    a. In case the player you want is unavailable, please include an alternate choice
4.Owners will have until the end of the current week's Monday Night game to pick up free agents
due to injury

C. Trades
1.A trade limit of 6 players will be in effect
2.The trade deadline will be at the end of the Monday night game on November 8, 1999
3.Trades may be done in two ways:
    a. The trade is presented in writing to Chuck or Rob and signed by both owners
    b. Once a trade is agreed upon, one owner will call Chuck or Rob to announce the trade,
       and the other owner will be called to confirm it.
4.Players listed as "out" on the NFL injury list may not be traded
5.The league commissioner has the right to review and possible veto any lopsided trades.

D.Starting Lineups
1.Each owner will submit a weekly lineup consisting of the following:
1 QB, combo of RB/WR (3 RB/1 WR, 2 RB/2 WR, 1 RB/1 WR) 1 TE 1 Kicker, and 1 Defense
2.On weeks in which a Thursday or Saturday game is played, changes may be made to your
starting lineups as long as the player plays on Sunday and is listed on the NFL injured list
in any way.
3.Lineup deadlines:
Week with Thursday game-7:00pm Thursday
Week with Saturday game-11:30am Saturday
Normal Week- 12:30pm Sunday
4.If no lineup is presented by the deadline, the previous week's lineup will be used

E.Tiebreakers
1.Game tiebreakers
    a. Regular Season-The team with the most points from touchdowns will win. If the game is
       still tied, it will go down as a draw.
    b.Playoffs-1.Touchdown Points 2.Total points from TD's, FG’s. 2-pt conv., and safeties.
2.Standings-1.Head-to-Head 2.Division Record 3.League Points 4.Divison Points
5.Head to Head points 6.Non Division Record 7.Coin Flip
